Commercial Model

Arcanex’s commercial model can adapt to the collaboration type.

A partner may need infrastructure, full-service world operation, custom development, premium services, or a negotiated commercial model.

Pricing language here is cautious because these are planning targets, not finalized public prices.

Supported Capacity And Operating Scope

For full-service IP worlds, Arcanex currently models a target of $5 per supported concurrent player per month, plus any additional partner-specific requirements, custom development, premium services, or negotiated commercial terms.

These are planning targets, not finalized public prices.

They may change as infrastructure costs, service levels, partner requirements, operating responsibilities, and market conditions evolve.

The more Arcanex operates, the more of the operating layer the model needs to cover.

What The Model Separates

The world has a capacity model. The operating layer has a cost model. Partner-specific scope can be negotiated separately.

If Arcanex is only providing infrastructure, the model is different.

If Arcanex is building and operating the world, the commercial model needs to reflect capacity, service level, development work, live operations, support, moderation, and partner-specific requirements.
